  • Allergens: Donuts sold are from Krispy Kreme, made in facilities that handle common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat). Consumers should review all ingredient information and  consume at their own risk. For detailed information, please visit the Krispy Kreme website or refer to their ingredients document. 
  • Storage: Buyers are responsible for proper storage of delivered donuts. www.eziz.ca is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage or delayed consumption.
  • Health Concerns: By purchasing donuts, you accept all risks, including potential allergic reactions.

3. Donated Non-Food Items

  • Condition: Donated non-food items are sold “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding their condition, functionality, or durability.
  • Refunds: All sales are final unless the item is defective or grossly misrepresented.   

4. Shipping

  • Eligibility: Shipping is available for items valued at under $100 CAD and weighing 5 kg or less. Buyers must arrange their own shipping or pickup for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. 
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all shipped items once they have been dispatched.
    Lost or Damaged Shipments: www.eziz.ca is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
    Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

5. Fundraising Activities

Funds raised are used strictly for the purposes stated on this site, including the purchase of inventory (e.g., donuts) and delivery expenses only.
