How Donut Sales Work

Place Your Order

  • Buy Online:
    Buy your donuts online now – they’ll be guaranteed on the event day.
The event day is the earlier of the published in-person donut sales dates or when 50 boxes are ordered online. Details (date, time, and location) will be announced.
  • Online Pre-Orders:
    Pre-order and arrive early on the event day, as donuts sell out fast.

  • In-Person Purchases:
    Open to everyone on the event day.

Attend the Sales Event

  • Purchase and Pre-order Pickups:
    Pick up your donuts on the event day. You’ll receive a confirmation email and, if provided, a phone call reminder.

  • In-Person Sales:
    Donuts will also be available for purchase in person on the event day. Accepted payment options include cash (preferred), debit and credit cards via Square, or online PayPal payments options.

Delivery Option

(On-Campus Only)

For UBC campus residents unable to attend, pre-paid donuts may be delivered upon advance request. Delivery is subject to volunteer availability and will be confirmed beforehand.

Important Policies

  • Pre-Order Disclaimer:
    Pre-ordered donuts are first-come, first-served. Arrive early to secure your order – availability is not guaranteed once the event starts.

  • No Refund Policy:
    Refunds are not available, except in exceptional cases approved by the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

  • Unclaimed Donuts:
    Any online-purchased donuts that remain unclaimed by the end of the event will be donated to the UBC Food Hub or given away for free. Please come early! The event may close sooner if we sell out of donuts.

Sharing Our Success

All of the funds raised will be transferred to the BC Children’s Hospital. Information on the funds raised, along with their testimonial acknowledging the support will be shared on this website.
